How to come to Vietnam
Planing your trip is one of the most important things before your holidays. In order to get to Mui Ne you will need to book your tickets to Ho Chi Minh City(SGN) known commonly as Saigon. Passport holders from most countries except Asian will need a visa.
Visa
There is two ways to get a visa. You can apply at a consulate in your Country or apply online for visa promise and get a visa upon arrival. This is more conveinient and less expensive way. You can apply here.
Traveling
Traveling around Vietnam is relativly easy and comfortable. To most locations you can get by air conditioned bus or train. For traveling on longer distances we recomend Vietnam Airlines since they cover domestic connections all over the Country.
Getting to Mui Ne
There are three ways to travel between Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne. Transit time varies between 4 and 6 hours depending on means of transport you choose.
Direct airport pickup
This is the fastest and most conveinient way to get to the kitespot. You will travel in luxury air conditioned car or a minibus. If you would like to book it please drop us an email with flight details and passanger names.
Bus
In order to go on the bus, you will have to take a taxi from the airport to Hanh Cafe in District 1. There you can book bus tickets and find budget accomodation to refresh and rest before the bus departure. We recomend to take a sleepig bus that leaves at 8am and 1pm.
Train
Taking a train is more complicated but quite conveinient way to get to Mui Ne, you will need to take a taxi from the airport to District 1 and book train tickets, then stay at the hotel until you can leave for the train station by taxi again. You need to get off the train in Phan Thiet and take a taxi to Mui Ne(12km) in order to arrive at the spot.
